Our cosmopolitan all-day bar starts the day with coffee and breakfast, then comes alive at dusk with spirited sundowners and intimate nightcaps, bringing the time-honoured art of the aperitivo to the 1st District. Toast the occasion with vermouth, prosecco and classic spritzes, or sample one of our creative hand-crafted cocktails. Here, simple, flavour-led dishes are elevated with the finest of seasonal ingredients, each carefully chosen to showcase its own rich story within our culinary narrative. Australian caviar lends a touch of indulgence to any occasion, whether woven into a dish or enjoyed alongside a glass of champagne. Bronze-cut pastas are made by hand from ancient Sicilian grains, showcased alongside rich risottos and a host of brasserie favourites. Save room for creamy, homemade ice cream for dessert.
